Dr. Frank Scarbrough, DMD
Dr. Frank Scarbrough is a 1989 graduate of Mercer University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1993 he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine, from the Medical College of Georgia.
Following dental school, Dr. Scarbrough completed his internship in 1994 from Louisiana State University Medical Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. In 1997 he completed his four-year residency for OMS from the Medical College of Georgia. In 1998 he completed his residency as Chief Resident in OMS at the Medical College of Georgia. After completing Dental school and Residency, Dr. Scarbrough opened his own Oral Surgery practice in 1999.
Dr. Scarbrough is licensed in the State of Georgia by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Board of General Anesthesiology.
His certifications include, BLS, ACLS, ATLS, CO2 laser-Advanced Surgical Procedures and Heraeus Surgical-CO2 Laser Skin Resurfacing Preceptorship.
He is a part of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Georgia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. American College of Cosmetic Surgery, American Society of Oral Implantology, American Academy of Pain Management and American Academy of Orofacial Pain.
Dr. Scarbrough is a native of Savannah, GA. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his two children, playing the guitar, mountain biking, hunting and fishing.
